New Scholar Distribution Form

NEW GFF SCHOLARS PROCESS

To receive this scholarship, you are expected to complete the below:

  1. Complete the below online GFF Scholarship New Scholar Form – no later than July 30th
    • The form does require you to upload an Enrollment Verification which will be used as proof of enrollment and full-time status for the fall semester. Acceptable documents (submit one of the below documents):
      • A screenshot of your fall schedule with the school logo
      • An official enrollment verification form from your school
      • A letter from your academic advisor or school official on the school’s on letterhead with a signature verifying you are enrolled (taking courses and full-time status) in the fall semester.
  2. In the reviewing process, if there are any questions or if we need additional verification, we will contact you. If you are deemed eligible for the renewal, the scholarship check will be distributed in September.
For future reference, below is the information for the Renewal Process. This information will be sent to you on June 1st each year. To be eligible for the GFF Renewal Scholarship:
  1. You must have a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA (verified by your official transcript)
  2. You must be enrolled full-time at an accredited four-year undergraduate institution for the fall semester (verified by your enrollment verification).
  3. Complete the online Renewal Form by July 15th each year (the form becomes available June 1st each year)
  4. If you meet the renewal requirements, scholarship checks will be sent annually in September.

  • This document will be used to verify your enrollment for the fall semester. You must be attending a 4-year school to receive the scholarship. Acceptable documents (submit one of the below documents) - A screenshot of your fall schedule with the school logo - An official enrollment verification form from your school - A letter from your academic advisor or school on letterhead with a signature *No Other documents will be accepted. ACCEPTANCE LETTERS OR DEPOSIT LETTERS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Please upload this form in one of the following formats: PDF, JPG, PNG or TIF

  • 7. SCHOLARSHIP MAILING INFORMATION

  • If you selected College/University, please provide your school's Financial Aid Office address below
  • If your scholarship check is being mailed directly to your school, include your student ID number here

  • 8. MEDIA RELEASE & AUTHORIZATION STATEMENT

  • I understand on an annual basis to be eligible for the scholarship renewal, I must meet the minimum 3.0 QPA requirement, maintain full-time enrollment at a four-year accredited institution of higher education, and provide the necessary documents (transcript and enrollment verification). I also understand the renewal form and the documents associated with it will be reviewed by The Fund to determine final decision regarding eligibility and renewal status and scholarship checks are distributed annually during the month of September.
